1. Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Raven Astrid and the Bloodline of Valhalla Collector Edition.

Each order is created with care as a physical collector item. Because our products may include physical media, exclusive collector content, hidden tracks, and access to private collector experiences, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production or fulfillment.

Once an order has been sent to production, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled because the item is being prepared specifically for your purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your CD, DVD, case, artwork, or package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

Before a package can be considered lost, we may need to allow enough time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery, especially for international orders.

Estimated review times:

  • U.S. orders: after 30 days from shipment
  • International orders: after 45 days from shipment

If the package is confirmed lost or appears undeliverable through no fault of the customer, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund.

If the item is returned and can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns for Unwanted Items

Because this is a physical collector edition that may include exclusive hidden content, opened items are not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and included materials

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hidden Tracks & Digital Access

The Bloodline of Valhalla Collector Edition may include exclusive content, hidden tracks, access codes, or access to private collector experiences.

Once hidden content, digital access, access codes, or exclusive materials have been opened, viewed, redeemed, delivered, or used, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened CDs or DVDs
  • Used items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Original shipping fees
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees
  • Redeemed or accessed hidden content
  • Digital or exclusive access that has already been delivered

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not refundable by us.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
