Thank you for ordering from Raven Astrid.

We ship physical collector products such as CDs, DVDs, and bundles to customers in the United States and internationally where shipping is available.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after payment is completed.

Because our physical products may be produced and shipped on demand, processing times may vary depending on production volume, fulfillment capacity, holidays, or unexpected delays.

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. When your order ships, you may receive tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary by destination.

General estimates:

  • United States: 5–14 business days after shipment
  • International orders: 10–30 business days after shipment

International delivery may take longer due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, product type, shipping method, and order size.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, local delivery fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Tracking

If tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned and can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Before an order can be considered lost, we may need to wait for the carrier’s investigation or allow additional delivery time, especially for international orders.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
